Directing

To date, I have directed 6 performance studies productions in 3 different black box theaters within Communication: Villanova University’s Communication Department Studio; Louisiana State University’s HopKins Black Box Theatre; and the University of Northern Iowa’s Interpreters Theatre.

In my practice I stage, adapt, and direct literary non-dramatic texts; intertextual composites; and storytelling for justice. I champion undergraduate student-performers and favor directing large ensemble productions.
